The crime of possessing fire or war weapons means any behavior by which the will of the doer orients toward a material or significant control or both for weapons by breaching the ban of fire weapons without permit or breaching of permission's rules, either it lasts or shorten and whatever the reason was.

Hence it is considered a dangerous social phenomena on over all of the general statute as it facilitates for the criminals to commit the crimes that represents an aggression on individuals or against the society, these dangerous which resulted from illegal possession of weapons were a motive to organize the weapons, last one was law no.(51) for the year 2017 which banned possession of war weapons and restricted possession of fire weapons by a permit issued from the issuance authority, the law considered it as a one of the danger crimes and nothing requires but the general criminal intention, also specifies the sanctions of breaching laws of crime or violation organizing rules that included in the law
