The research aims to know (the practice of teaching according to the learning styles of physics teachers in the preparatory stage and its relationship to achievement and high-ranking thinking for their students and to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the research.

The research sample (20) from physics teachers and (300) students from the fourth grade of science, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire of the observation card type.

This questionnaire included (20) items distributed on (6) axes, in addition to building an achievement test consisting of (40) paragraphs.

Verification of their validity is presented to the experts and specialists, and the stability of the observation was confirmedby the correlation coefficient between the researcher and another observer, and finding the stability test of achievement (by the method of Keoddr Richardson- 20).
