this issue has raised a considerable disagreement in our scientific heritage which is based on the religious texts-the Quran and sunna.

would the simplistic readings of the religious texts render the meaning that Allah and the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) want us to understand, and deduce juristic judgments from them? or is it a must to conduct the interpretation method to reach the underlying meaning in the religious texts? the objective in raising this issue is specifically to define the rules and disciplines through which we can rely on an interpreter of the Quran, as a scientific and procedural method, to read and explain the religious texts.

these rules, which collectively constitute a code, are meant to secure entry points for reading the religious texts, especially from the deviated interpretations which are not based on any significant evidence, by deviating interpreters.
