The discussion in the case of the assets of Arabic grammar is one of the big cases in linguistic studies, and Ibn Malik has contributed in his books and his views on this issue, especially in the issue of Hadith's Evidences for supporting an opinion or emphasis on popular base, so this research aims to collecting the citations of hadith in the first grammatical chapter tagged to the definition of the word and the word as an applied example of all books, and then to study all these evidences by analytical study through the analytical approach to explore how to employ them in demonstrating rules and opinions, the top target is the access to Ibn Malik's concept about the cited hadith in building grammitcal rule.
