Current research aims to identify- : 1.

Values conflict among university students.

2.

Statistically significant differences in the conflict of values based on sex variables (males -females), specialization (scientific - human) and grade (second - fourth).

The search for them was determined at the University of Babylon and for grades (second -fourth) for the academic year (2017 - 2018).

To achieve the objectives of the search for the researcher: To achieve the objectives of the search for the researcher: Building a measure of value conflict among university students; after reviewing the first literature and studies in the UK.

To achieve these goals, the researcher applied the measurements to a sample of (532) male and female students at the University of Babylon for the academic year (2017-2018).

1- The university students suffer from the values conflict.

2- There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of values conflict among university students according to sex variables (males - females) and specialization (scientific -human).

3- There are statistically significant differences in the degrees of values conflict among the students of the university according to the grade variable (second - fourth) and in favor of the fourth grade.
