The aim of the research is to evaluate the role of ERP systems in improving the quality of management information in Yemeni telecommunications companies, by showing the nature of enterprise resource planning systems and aspects of improving the quality of management information and the success factors of these systems.

During the distribution of (67) copies of the questionnaire list to a random sample of workers in the field of information systems in Yemeni telecommunications companies, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is an important role for ERP systems in improving the quality of administrative information in Yemeni telecom companies.

These systems enabled it to improve the quality of management information by (67.1%) despite the high cost of these systems, and the results also showed a strong positive relationship between the use of ERP systems and improving the quality of management information, reaching (68.1%), and that the high cost of owning and using planning systems ERP project resources were the reason for creating (37.5%) of the difficulties experienced by these companies, and a reason for limiting the improvement in the quality of management information in these companies by
