The study aims to investigate the issue of dwelling varieties among Muslim Jurisprudents taking the example of Palestine.

It also questions the various opinions of different cults tracing the roots of their methodology.

The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and the deductive approach.

The study is introduced in three main areas: The First topic tackled the definition of accommodation and its equivalents among non-Muslims.

It then traced the contradictions towards the changing of accommodation, presenting the conditions that stipulate such action.

The second topic questioned the possibility of converting Islamic dwelling into blasphemy dwelling.

Followingly, a good portion of concern was given to the historical witnesses and their methodological adequation ensued by the scholars› fatwas and its application upon usurped land of Palestine.

Consequently, the study concluded that Islamic dwelling could not be converted into non-Muslim even when being occupied; unless Muslims were prohibited by compulsion not to take action as clashes occur and peace is absented, which labels it as a usurped Islamic dwelling or country rather than a non-Muslims dwelling country.
