This study aims at estimating the Total Productivity for the Higher Education in Republic of Yemen during the indicators of academic years 2012/2013-2013/2014, using descriptive curriculum; survival & comparative and the quantitative curriculum.

The population and sample of the study consisted of (10) governmental universities.

The study depended on using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) through employing Malmquist Index for Total Productivity.

The results of this study showed that Universities (Sana'a, Aden, Taiz, Ibb, Dhamar, Hadhramout, Amran) achieved positively growth accordingly students input as determining for productive process and registered Universities (Hodeidah, Albaidha'a and Hajja) decreasing at the Total Productivity Growth.

The Total Productivity Index achieved positively growth accordingly academic teaching staff as determining for productive process and mean (26.2%
