College of Education Arhab the University Sana,a (Yemen) The objective of this study is to analyze the current geographical distribution of fuel stations in the districts of the Directorate of the Revolution and its relation to the population through the application of regulatory controls and procedures for the selection of construction sites and the extent of their compliance with safety and safety standards.

The study followed the analytical descriptive approach as well as quantitative analysis, Results To complete all the requirements of this study, data and information were collected by fieldwork and the overall inventory of fuel stations in the Directorate of the Revolution, And through the personal interviews, observation, measurement and settlement conducted which contributed to the construction of a geographic database service was represented many of the data in many of the maps contained in this study, and the most important results of the study, the geographical distribution of these stations take the type The structure was not structured because it was linked to the wishes of investors and was not linked to the regulatory restrictions and requirements, and most of them were not subject to occupational safety and security standards because of the dangerous substances they present, which endanger the population and lead to poor service.

The study concluded with a number of recommendations, which are called for in their entirety.

To review the distribution of the current fuel stations, stop the issuance of permits and licenses for the construction of new fuel stations for the next ten years, as well as non-renewal of licenses for the existing stations before providing a technical study of the work of safety and safety shows the extent of compliance with the specifications and requirements and rules and approved by the Civil Defense.

The station workers should use the appropriate uniforms, gloves, protective glasses and safety shoes to absorb static electricity and establish a national fuel risk guide in Yemen.
