The regulatory determinants of the process of selecting the sites for health buildings constitute an important input in overcoming the many problems that these buildings suffer in the cities of Hadramout governorate, which led to the low level of health service.

This study aims to present a proposed system for selecting the sites of health buildings and the comparison between them, and this system can also be used in the process of testing the sites of existing health buildings, based on what has been covered in previous studies, and on the results of the questionnaire that concerned the opinion of the engineers working in the office of the Ministry of Health in Hadramout Governorate To determine the importance of the determinants for measuring the efficiency of sites and health buildings that make up the proposed system, in an attempt to provide an assistance tool that serves the concerned authorities for the development of the health sector in .Hadramout Governorate The Study address the following points: 1 - The Introduction: includes ( the study Problem, Objective, Methodology of the Study).

2-Theoretical approach: reviewing the determinants of validity of sites, and reviewing the results of the field study that targeted a sample from the study area in order to arrange the importance of determinants for measuring the efficiency of sites for health buildings.
