Our research aims to shed light on what intellectual capital is, its development and its role in achieving the competitive advantage of organizations.

It also aims to highlight the role of the scientific and knowledge revolution in the emergence of the concept of a knowledge economy and the need for contemporary organizations to keep pace with the knowledge developments taking place in order to achieve competitiveness.

We have concluded that intellectual capital, through the knowledge economy, is the most important motivational tool for the human resources of the organization in the way to achieve leadership and competitiveness in a highly competitive economic world.
