This analytical study examined the problem of the questioning of the intellectual and the bets of the future in the Arab world approaches in the meaning, crisis and horizon especially in the current period in which the tasks of the Arab intellectual saw a decline in his active efforts within his geography towards change and civilizationalwishing and his future aspirations to keep pace with global progress.

All the uncertainties and doubts about the failure of any progressive project depends on the extent to which the elites are aware of their real responsibilities in dealing with the concerns of their shattered reality in the various areas of life complex with criticism and creativity، considering that the revolution of change and renewal is required by a central intellectual and actor who is not interested or marginalized.

This study has reached many different conclusions.

The most important is the tasks of the intellectual are attracted by the currents of the veteran between originality and modernity and other liberal modernist in in the general cultural space affected his role assigned towards his society and his nation, and this reflected on his biological function negatively, so multiplied his present images between the center and the margin.
