This study aimed to determine the ethical environment and its relationship on the achievement of administrative efficiency by studying the opinions of a sample of specialist employees of Al- Durrah Hospital- Gaza.

The analytical descriptive approach was used to obtain data and information related to the theoretical aspect by reviewing the textbooks and other recourses, theses and scientific journals related to the subject under study, and that was in order to achieve the objectives of the study.

The population of this study was chosen from all the employees of Al-Durra Hospital whose number is 189.

The researchers used the random sample method because of the large size of the study population.

The questionnaire was used as a main tool for the data and information society, as (70) responses were recovered.

This study reached that and found that it was found that the nature of the work obtained first place.

Second, the pattern of communication.

Third, leadership.

Fourth, participate in decisionmaking.

The results of the study showed a positive correlation between the ethical climate in achieving the administrative efficiency in Al-Durra Children's Hospital.

There were no significant differences (α≥0.05) in respondents' responses to the impact of the ethical environment on the administrative efficiency of Al Durra Hospital for children according to the characteristics of the personality (age, qualification, job title, years of service).

The study recommended that the hospital administration urge to activate the involvement of decision.

The hospital staff should consider the pros of others.

The administration should make every effort to remove difficulties that hinder the exchange of information
