الملخص EN

This study aimed at identifying the role of the organizational ambidexterity in achieving organizational excellence through an empirical study on the Gaza university.

To achieve the study objectives, the researchers used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection and adopted the descriptive analytical approach in conducting this study.

The study population consisted of 60 employees in the administrative and academic positions at Gaza University.

The comprehensive inventory method was used where (60) questionnaires were distributed along with conducting interviews with a few responsible officials.

A number of (54) questionnaires were retrieved representing (90%) a response rate.

SPSS software program was used to analyze data.

The results of the study found that there is a statistically significant relationship at (0.05 ≤ α) between organizational ambidexterity and organizational excellence at Gaza University, and the organizational Ambidexterity effects at (0.05 ≤ α) level on achieving organizational excellence at Gaza University.

The study recommended that the necessity of the university’s interest in training employees and their professional development.

The university must analyze environmental changes to discover the opportunities therein.
