The study aimed to identify the role of field training provided by Civil Society in the Gaza Strip in reducing the unemployment of graduates.

The study used descriptive analytical methodology.

The study population may be from (70) graduates from Palestinian Universities in the Gaza Strip.

The Researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for study after arbitration، and the results of the study showed that the reality of the evaluation of training in Civil Society reached a relative weight of 75.4%)، with a high degree of approval، The role of training in ) reducing the unemployment of graduates with a relative weight of 63،200% There were also significant differences in the role of training And the absence of differences on the role of training provided by Civil Society in reducing the unemployment of graduates due to the gender variable in the case of males and the status of work، the scientific qualification، the age group and the duration of training in the Civil Institutions after Graduation
