The study aims to identify the legal status of private security and military companies in international humanitarian law.

And the extent of these com- panies' commitment to the legal responsibility in the countries of the Arab Spring Revolutions from (2011-2020).

It hypothesise that: “There is an inverse relationship between the failure of some security and military companies regarding their legal responsibilities in international humanitarian law، and the reality of the application of criminal sanctions to violators of the rules of this law while practicing their work in the countries of the Arab Spring Revolutions between (2011-2020)".
