The research aims to measure the impact of digital resources on the beneficiaries of Iraqi university libraries by designing a model compared to the traditional sources of a digital poem that includes (sound, picture, words, with music).

A proportional stratified sample was taken from the students and teachers of Arabic language departments, amounting to (212) of the total study population of (398) students and teaching staff.

The experimental method and questionnaire were used to collect data.

The research came out with several results, the most important are: 1.

The possibility of designing the digital format for various information containers (books, letters, theses, documents, etc.

) in several programs and the possibility of displaying in multiple formats.2.

Search categories are affected by the digital source compared to the traditional source.

The research has reached a set of recommendations, the most important are: 1.

Increasing interest in establishing application programs to display digital content in university libraries.

Without resorting to buying operational software may be expensive.2.
