Thinking is taken into consideration more and more as being one of the main aims which the education seeks its development for the learners, and the reason, perhaps belongs to many problems and challenges that face societies because of the changes and development which the rural life was affected by.

The main aim of the educational process in any country is the human building and the development of his.

The development of any country is measured by its ability to develop its thinking minds and devoted them to be able to deal and incorporate positively This research aim to know the following: 1- The level of logical thinking for students of find art institution.2- The relation between the logical thinking and gender variable.3- The relation between the logical thinking and specialty variable- The sample of the search includes 140 students of fine art institution has chosen randomly and the test of logical thinking.

- Validity is derived through face validity, and the items are analyzed statistically by calculating their ability of discrimination and their difficulty coefficient after being offered to the experts to be sure of their expiration.

- Reliability is measured through test and retest.

After practicing these two scales on the sample of the research, the reports are analyzed statistically by using person correlation coefficient, It is applied the final from of the scale on the basic sample and it is used statistical method, pearson's correlation coefficient and t-test and the result were: 1- The level of logical thinking for students is high.2- There is no significant at the logical thinking according to gender variable.3- There is no significant at the logical thinking according to specialty variableAccording to these findings, the researcher recommends: 1 - The interest of the teachers of the institutes of the cognitive aspects of students through their participation in courses and modern publications to be able to face the requirements of contemporary life and keep pace.2 - Urging teachers to use logical thinking skills during teaching, which encourages students to solve their own problems depending on the use of these skills.3 - Making the skills of thinking in general and logical thinking in particular within the vocabulary of curricula and institutes with priority to the methods of measuring and evaluating these skills of students.
