The problem of research about the motor disabilities in many children with paralysis is a big deficiency, so these children face great problems in the performance of large motor skills and fine motor skills and this affects the movements of basic and Tuan, so the objectives of the research in: 1 - Preparing exercises for the rehabilitation of the movement of polio patients to improve some basic movements and balance of children for reconstruction (9-12)year.2 - To know the effect of rehabilitation exercises in people with polio to improve some basic movements and balance of children for reconstruction (9-12)year.

Either research hypotheses: -1- There are statistically significant differences between the results of remote tribal tests in improving the level of basic movements in the research sample.2- There are statistically significant differences between the remote tribal tests in the balance level in the research sample.

The curriculum was determined by the design of a single group because it is more suitable for the nature of the problem and the possibility of solving it and thus achieving the objectives of the research and its hypotheses.

Thus, the rehabilitation exercises were implemented by 3 units per week for 12 weeks.

After that, the post-tests were carried out.

After obtaining the data from the tribal and remote tests The researcher treated them statistically and extracted the results.

The researcher presented the results and analyzed them through the tables designed for that, and discussed them according to the research objectives and problem.

The most important conclusions reached by the researcher in: 1 - exercises for the rehabilitation of locomotives in children with polio positive effect in the development of some basic movements of children for reconstruction (9-12) There were significant differences between the tests of dimensionality, middle and tribal and for the benefit of remote tests.2 - There are significant differences in the level of balance in children with polio.

And through the findings of the researcher draws some recommendations and most important: 1 - Preparation of other rehabilitation exercises for other types of polio, each according to need, as the exercise exercises vary from injury to the other and from one type to another, any training exercises as needed.2 - the need to pay attention to training exercises and the allocation of a daily quota in physical disability institutes.3 - the need to involve parents in the exercises rehabilitation through their presence beside their children and introduce special courses on how to implement programs for their children.4 - Evaluation of training exercises by specialized committees constantly to find out the pros and cons.
