It represents education services and one of the most important pillars of the basic economic and social development of any society, it is important necessities in the development of society because it supports all economic activities required for preparing the terms of reference different disciplines .onzera to the satisfaction of the researchers of the importance of this issue in light of the circumstances and the challenges facing the education sector in Iraq in general, and the study area in particular, Emphasizing the them that education plays an important role in human development and societal progress has been a major reason behind the choice of this topic for research and study.

the study found that there is a clear disparity in educational services in the study area both in terms of distribution at the level of administrative units believe in terms of the level efficiency through reliance on certain quantitative indicators and descriptive (such as pupil / school, pupil / teacher, pupil / division, easy access) as the study area suffers from a clear shortfall in educational services starting from kindergarten and even secondary education, as well as problems related to lack of buildings and specialized cadres and the phenomenon of school taxation as well as the feet of buildings and lack of health and engineering conditions which will reflect negatively on the education outcomes.
