This Research aims at identifying the relationship of administrative communication patterns effect as an explanatory dimension in the effectiveness of strategic decisions as a representative dimension in the Directorate General of Education in Anbar, at the alternative location in Ramadi and the representative in Arbil and Sulaymaniyah.

The paper comes up with some recommendations that contribute to the effectiveness of strategic decisions.

The research was applied to a research community of ( 178) individuals, It has been identified according to the method of the comprehensive survey.

A questionnaire is used as a main tool to get data by using (SPSS) program.

The research found There was no significant positive effect of the administrative communication patterns (downward, horizontal and upward) in strategic decisions.

Accordingly the research recommended a set of recommendations Thus stimulating further relationship the practices of administrative communication modes and the effectiveness of strategic decisions including the need to demonstrate the importance of communication and its role in achieving strategic decision by holding training courses, seminars and workshops As well as the provision of advanced means of communication and information systems that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of communications, and helps to flow and flow information properly between all levels of management to achieve success.
