The study aim to highlight these (behavior of organizational citizenship) and focus on Its importance to the organization concerned to achieving privilege.

The sample of the study was selected include the employees of the organization and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire has developed and distributed on a sample reached to (90) questionnaire and retrieved (80) of them for analysis data were processed using many statistical methods by using statistical program (SPSS).

the main findings of the researcher were the lack of the correlation and the influence between the axes as study (behavior of the organizational citizenship) and (organizational discrimination) with respect to the sample, The most important recommendations were being investigated specific policies and methods, with increase the level of awareness and training workers to promote the practice of a voluntary behavior.
