The industrial projects are considered one of the Arabic and international governments and organizations' priorities for its important role in raising the economic growth as well as the human development through increasing the national income and reducing poverty & unemployment.

And for achieving the research's goal, the research had been divided into three approaches, the firs approach represents a conceptual introduction of small industrial projects, while the second approach highlights the on-ground small projects in Iraq and their loans within many programs such as the small loans programs and national strategy for reducing poverty and loans fund program.

The third approach present the methods for arising the small industrial projects based on the most important conclusions the research reached that is the number of the small industrial projects is much more than the medium and large projects with more than 90% through the study period and with high operational rates reaches 1/3 of the operational rates in the other projects due to its small capital and skillful labor needed and that form the reasons for arising with them depending on the research results that clarify the importance of the small projects sector in the economic industrial reality as being provided with the support and financial and human capabilities needed.

For that, I recommend to adapt the small industrial projects and rising with them through their sectoral programs and policies.
