The main purpose of this research is to clarify the nature of the relationship and influence between the spiritual intelligence of the workers and the strategic Equilibrium, Spiritual intelligence is one of the factors affecting the individual's behavior and feelings, The strategic Equilibrium is one of the most important factors affecting the performance of the individual in the organization, In the realization of the respondents to the nature of the relationship between spiritual intelligence and strategic Equilibrium, and the sample of the research a number of individuals working in the College of Mamoun University, The questionnaire was chosen as a basic tool for collecting research data, which was prepared based on a number of ready-made measurements, and for the introduction and analysis of the research data, the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used.

Among the most prominent statistical tools used in the analysis "The mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient of Spirman Mann, and simple linear regression coefficient.

" These tools produced a number of results, most of which confirmed a significant correlative relationship between spiritual intelligence of workers and the level of Strategic Equilibrium, and the researchers recommended the need to increase the Organization's interest in studying the spiritual intelligence of their employees and how to use them to strengthen the strategic Equilibrium they have.
