Pragmatism is no longer became as a philosophical doctrine as an important foundation adopted by some classical visions, nor was it confined to its implications on a specific aspect, but rather expanded and diversified to be a broad social doctrine that believes that the truth exists in the entirety of human experience: not in theoretical thought that is far from reality, and that knowledge is a machine or a job in the demands of life, and the sincerity of an issue is that it is beneficial to people, then it depends on a set of ideas, visions and beliefs that the can be considered as a starting point or a point to initiate the emergence of pragmatic thought from non-existence.

Also, madness is the loss of focus and lack of control over the mind, or it is a set of patterns of abnormal behaviors that are not common in the public and are often without awareness or consciousness or self-control and issued against the will, and this leads to violation of respected values or customs or specific social norms standards or even sacred things, and also mad people can be a danger to themselves in particular and society in general.
