This study aims to explain contributions of first Abbasid Caliphs councils, starling with the Council comrades and specification of their selection (how they are selected).

In addition to their contributions in different fields of thought (intellectual fields)., through Caliphs encouragement to them for the sake of creativity and innovation.

The stady also shows the intellectual contributions of science and debates councils, along with stating some evidence proofs, such as the debate between Alkofiin (people of kufah) and Albcsrion (people of basra) in Caliph Harun Al rashid's council.

The study focuses on councils contribution in Isolationist’s Movement during the urea of Almamoun, Almutasim and Alwthiq In addition to council contribution in the field of singing and music movement.ُ
