يعد التطور التقني للعالم الرقمي ثورة في جميع المجالات خاصة مجال المعلومات و التي أصبحت تستغل هنا وهناك بأي طريقة ممكنة لذلك في اطار ما يعرف بالحرب النفسية للمعلومات، بهدف التأثير المباشر و الغير مباشر على أولئك الافراد المتواصلين عبر هذا الفضاء و استغلال الجانب النفسي لهم خاصة في أوقات الازمات التي تعد ارض خصبة لإبراز اساليبها المتعددة و المختلفة من دعاية و نشر للشائعات و ممارسة عملية التضليل الإعلامي و التعديل الفكري و غسل المخ البشري للمستخدم و إعادة برمجته و محاولة تطويعه وفق اهداف محدد من قبل القائم بالاستغلال لها، ففي الازمة تقل المعلومات الرسمية و تكثر فيها المعلومات الغير رسمية فاتحة المجال لتعاظم دور الاشاعة و الدعاية النفسية في هذا الفضاء مما يجعلنا في هذا الاطار امام حرب نفسية للمعلومات بشكل رقمي بامتياز.
تتناول هذه الدراسة النظرية البحث حول الكيفية التي يساهم بها الفضاء السيبراني في إعادة بناء أساليب الحرب النفسية للمعلومات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و الاعلام الرقمي بصفة عامة، بالإضافة التعرف على الاستغلال الغير أخلاقي للمعلومات و للجانب النفسي للإنسان في إطار الحرب النفسية باعتبارها أحد اشد أسلحة الحرب فتك في العصر الحالي

The technical development of the digital world is regarded as a revolution in every field, especially the field of information, which has become exploited here and there by any possible way, through the framework of what is known as the psychological warfare of information in order to affect directly and indirectly those individuals connected through this space.
Furthermore, to exploit their psychological aspect, particularly during the period of crises, which is considered as a fertile ground to highlight its various methods of propaganda and dissemination of rumors.
in addition to the practice of the process of misinformation, intellectual modification and brain washing of the user, then reprogramming it according to the specific purposes of its exploiter.
Generally, in the crises, official information are reduced while the informal information are increased by paving the way for the growing role of rumors and psychological propaganda in this space, which makes us in such perfectly case in a psychological war of information in a digital way .
This theoretical study examines how cyberspace contributes in rebuilding the psychological warfare methods of information through social media and digital media in general, as well as identifies the unethical exploitation of information and the psychological aspect of human beings in the context of psychological warfare as one of the most lethal weapons of was of the present era.

Le developpement technique du monde numerique est considere comme une revolution dans tous les domaines, en particulier dans le domaine de l’information, qui est devenu exploite ici et la par tous les possibles, a travers le cadre de ce qu’on appelle la guerre psychologique de l’information afin d’affecter directement et indirectement les individus connectes a travers cet espace.
En outre, d’exploiter leur aspect psychologique, en particulier pendant la periode de crise, qui est considere comme un terrain fertile pour mettre en evidence ses differentes methodes de propagande et de diffusion des rumeurs.
En plus de la pratique du processus de disinformation, de modification intellectuelle et de lavage du cerveau de l’utilisateur, puis le reprogrammer selon les objectifs specifiques de son exploiteur.
En general, dans les crises, l’information officielle est reduite tandis que l’information informelle est augmentee en ouvrant la voie au role croissant des rumeurs et de la propagande psychologique dans cet espace, ce qui unous rend dans ce parfaiter dans psychologique de l ‘information d’une maniere numerique.
Cette etude theorique examine comment le cyberespace contribue a la reconstruction des methodes de guerre psychologique de l’information a travers les medias sociaux et les medias numeriques en general, ainsi que identifie Sexploitation contraire et l’ethique de l’information a l ‘ ethique de l’information psychologique des etres aspect humains dans le contexte de la guerre psychologique comme l’une des armes les plus meurtrieres de la guerre de l’epoque actuelle..
