Our study focuses on the comparison between general practitioners and specialists in clinical crisis management communication, and focuses on four objectives: information sharing and its role in clinical crisis management.
The crisis communication mechanism and the model adopted.
Real practice in the face of clinical crises.
The factors that influence communication and management in the event of clinical crises, and the tools to strengthen them.
The study found that communication and management of clinical crises have not yet reached a significant stage.

Notre étude porte sur la comparaison entre les médecins généralistes et spécialistes dans la communication gestion des crises cliniques, et porte sur quatre objectifs; le partage d'informations et son rôle dans la gestion des crises cliniques.
Le mécanisme de communication de crise et le modèle adopté.
La pratique réelle face aux crises cliniques.
Les facteurs qui influencent la communication et la gestion en cas de crises cliniques, et les outils permettant leur renforcement.
L'étude a révélé que la communication et la gestion des crises cliniques n'ont pas encore atteint un stade significatif.
