The aim of the current research is to identify the most important obstacles facing the application of vocational rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities, as well as to know the requirements necessary to develop vocational rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities in one of the centers for persons with disabilities in the United Arab Emirates.

The sample of the current research consisted of all persons with disabilities enrolled At Ishraqa Amal Center for Vocational Rehabilitation in the United Arab Emirates of various mental, hearing, visual and physical disabilities for people of determination, the number of students reached (35) male and female students ranging in age from (16 years and above).

As well as the professional trainers who train them in these centers where training services are provided A group of specialists in preparing vocational rehabilitation programs, social and psychological specialists and some doctors answered the questionnaire, and their number was (35) individuals.

Vocational rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities
