This contribution presents a sociolinguistic study of the advertising discourse of the city of Annaba which expresses a kind of new language accompanying a new sociolinguistic grid to be decrypted by sociolinguists.
The research analyzes and interprets the functioning and values of the most salient sociolinguistic phenomena of language contact, the graphic and stylistic variants developed by the advertisers of the three operators of Algerian mobile telephony as a vector of identity, sociocultural, economic and political manifestation.

Cette contribution présente une étude sociolinguistique du discours publicitaire de la ville d’Annaba qui expose une sorte de nouveau langage accompagnant une nouvelle grille sociolangagière à décrypter par les sociolinguistes.
La recherche analyse et interprète le fonctionnement et les valeurs des phénomènes sociolinguistiques les plus saillants du contact de langues, les variantes graphiques et stylistiques mises au point par les annonceurs des trois opérateurs de la téléphonie mobile algérienne comme vecteur identitaire, manifestation socioculturelle, économique et politique.
