By virtue of the law n ° 03/10 of August 15, 2010 fixing the conditions and the modalities of the exploitation of the agricultural lands of the private domain of the State, the legislator introduced the act of concession as a new mechanism for the exploitation of agricultural land belonging to the State.

This act is concluded between the State and the "concessionaire operator", when a number of conditions are met.

In view of the importance of this act and its specificity, it is prepared under the control of the National Office for Agricultural Land, in coordination with the administration of the estates, which, among other legal effects, gives rise to the emergence of the right to the beneficiary to exploit agricultural land whose purpose is to invest and obtain their profits.
