This research aims to identify transformational leadership and its relationship to decision-making among workers in the directorates of youth and sports in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The research was conducted on a sample of (250) workers in the directorates of youth and sports in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The primary data of the sample, the transformational leadership questionnaire with its axes, and the decision-making questionnaire with its axes, and the data were collected by applying the questionnaire forms, and the collected data were classified, tabulated and analyzed statistically and using appropriate statistical methods through the Spss program, and this research followed the descriptive analytical approach.

To reach the most important results of the research, which confirm the existence of a strong statistically significant correlation between the transformational leadership questionnaire and the decision-making questionnaire, as the calculated value (t) is greater than its tabular value at a significant level (0.05), and there are statistically significant differences between males and females according to the gender variable.

In all axes of the transformational leadership questionnaire in favor of males, as the calculated value (T) is greater than its tabular value at the level of significance (0.05), and there are statistically significant differences between the opinions of workers in the directorates of youth and sports according to the variable number of years of experience in all axes of the transformational leadership questionnaire; As the calculated value of (f) is greater than its tabular value at the level of significance (0.05), and there are statistically significant differences between males and females according to the total gender variable in all axes of the decision-making form in favor of males, as the calculated (t) value is greater than its tabular value when Significance level (0.05), and there are statistically significant differences between the opinions of workers in the directorates of youth and sports according to the variable number of years of experience in the decision-making form in (defining the problem - evaluating alternatives - decision-making ability); Whereas, the calculated (F) value is greater than its tabulated value at the level of significance (0.05).

The current research recommended the necessity of strengthening the role of transformational leadership for leaders and officials (ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual view) and to rely on it more effectively in sports institutions to increase the ability within them to make decisions
