الملخص الإنجليزي

The research aims mainly to study the relationship between the crisis of the Corona virus pandemic as perceived by workers and its repercussions on time management and facing work pressures.

It was applied to a sample of (400) employees who were selected in a purposive way through social media.

The tools of the codified study were used, including the primary data form, the Corona Virus pandemic crisis questionnaire with its axes, the time management questionnaire with its dimensions, and the work stress questionnaire with its aspects.

The research followed the descriptive analytical approach.

To arrive at the following results, the most important of which are: There is a positive correlation between the Corona Virus Pandemic Crisis Questionnaire and the Time Management Questionnaire at the 0.01 significance level, while a positive correlation was found between the Corona Virus Pandemic Crisis Questionnaire and the Work Stress Questionnaire at the 0.01 significance level, It also found a positive correlation between the time management questionnaire and the work stress questionnaire at the 0.01 level of significance.

There were no statistically significant differences in the total questionnaire of the Corona Virus pandemic crisis and its axes, according to gender, It showed that there were statistically significant differences in the total time management questionnaire according to gender at the significance level of 0.01 in favor of males, and there were no statistically significant differences in the total work stress questionnaire in its aspects according to gender.

And it showed that there were no differences between participating and non-participating wives with part of the income in the total questionnaire of the Corona Virus pandemic crisis, There are statistically significant differences between the participating and non-participating wives with part of the income in the total questionnaire (time management; work stress) at the level of significance 0.001 in favor of the non-participating wives in the household expenses.

There is a statistically significant difference in the total questionnaire (coronavirus pandemic crisis; work stress) according to the size of the family at the level of significance 0.001 in favor of the large family, As well as the absence of a statistically significant difference in the total time management questionnaire depending on the size of the family.

There is a statistically significant difference in the total questionnaire (Coronavirus pandemic crisis, time management, work stress) according to the monthly income groups at a significance level of 0.001 in favor of the low monthly income.
