This brief research deals with the study of the problematic of what was considered a reality throughout the Islamic ages, which is the granting of safety by the Messenger of God (PBUH) to the evil-doers just for entering the house of Abu Sufyan bin Harb during the conquest of Mecca in the year 8 AH.

God (peace be upon him): (From Abu Sufyan’s house, he is safe), which is understood by everyone that what is meant by him is Abu Sufyan bin Harb the Umayyad, and he is that person whom we knew as the chief of the polytheistic people from whom the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) and the two Muslims tasted, both in the Meccan period And the civil period, so that it becomes clear to us, after studying and examining the course of events, that the person in question is Abu Sufyan bin Al-Harith bin Abdul Muttalib, cousin of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him), to reveal the falsehood of that saying, which has become a historical custom and a historical fact that everyone has recognized throughout the historical ages
