The research found that the most important problems affecting the productivity of the olive crop in The Oasis of Siwa are as follows: The wages of trained and skilled workers are high and scarce, The ence of an agricultural guide role, Infection with pests, insects, fungal diseases, and weed infestation, The high cost of automated work and the high prices of fertilizers and pesticides, Small areas cultivated with olive crops and low productivity per feddan, High ground water level and poor drainage, High transportation costs to the places of sale or to the final consumer, Lack of experience in pruning and thinning procedures.

Therefore, it is recommended to research the following: 1- Training of workers on various agricultural operations, pruning and thinning procedures.2- There must be a role for a trained agricultural guide, and this will only be done through cooperative societies.3- Developing a plan to combat diseases of olive trees that negatively affect the productivity of olive crops.4- Expansion in the cultivation of olive trees.5- Paying attention to agricultural drainage.6- The issuance of legislation to support olive producers and processors during the early years of cultivation and production to encourage the demand for olive cultivation.
