The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the public facility in Kuwait have been halted as a result of public measures taken by the State ،such as limiting freedom of movement ،applying home quarantine and disrupting government departments ،which has had a major impact on the regular functioning of the public facility.If the administrative activity of the public facility is in the public interest and empowers the users of public utilities services in order to meet the general needs of individuals and these needs are constantly evolving and changing ،the requirements imposed by the requirements of reducing the spread of the new covid virus ١٩ in the State of Kuwait impose what is known as the electronic administrative activity of the public facility on a larger scale .

Results The authority responsible for the management and organization of public facilities has always had the development and change of the facility in terms of the way it is managed and organized and the nature of the activity it performs in accordance with the circumstances and changes that have taken place in the society in the time of covid 19.
