A field experiment was carried out on Potato crop ( Solanum tuberosum L), Boren variety, during spring season of 2019-2020 in one of the experimental fields of College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences/ University of Baghdad, Jadria region, on silty clay soil in order to study effect of Nano and traditional NPK compound fertilizers( balanced 20: 20: 20 fertilizer) using drip irrigation organization and spraying Nano and traditional ( zinc and boron) fertilizers, and the effect of the interaction between them on growth, qualitative characteristics and potato yield according to a factor experiment (7 x 3) to study effect of two factors, the first is the fertilization of the two types of NPK (traditional and Nano) fertilizers beside the control treatment and the second factor includes spraying of (Nano zinc + Nano boron) and spraying (traditional zinc + traditional boron), beside the control treatment (water only) and they were applied according to design of complete random sectors (RCBD) using three replicates, to study the effect of each of the added treatments with drip and spray irrigation water and their overlap on the studied characteristics.

The significant differences between the averages were compared with the lowest significant difference 0.05 (LSD) test.

The Statistical Analysis System -SAS (2012) was used in which the traditional NPK fertilizer Tron (20: 20: 20) was added according to the full fertilizer recommendation 300 kg ha-1.

As for the Nano fertilizer (20: 20: 20), the fertilizer was added.

Addition of it in the form of (5% , 10% , 15% , 20% and 100% levels) of the traditional fertilizer recommendation and was added in three doses, the first dose was 30% after completion of germination (30 days of planting), the second dose was 40% after 20 days of the first doses and the third dose at a rate of 30% after 15 days of the second dose addition.

The traditional and Nano Zinc and boron fertilizers were sprayed on the plant, and their concentrations were 40 mg L-1 boron and 100 mg L-1 zinc.

They were sprayed at three stages of potato growth (50, 60, and 70 days) from planting.

The growth parameters (height, leaf area and yield of soft tubers) were tested, and a sta-tistical analysis of the data was conducted, and the averages of transactions were compared according to the lowest significant difference test at the 0.05 level.

The results were as follows: All types of the added fertilizers gave significant increases compared to the control treatment in most of the studied characteristics (plant height, leaf area and yield of soft tubers in where the 10% Nano NPK fertilizer treatment recorded the highest rate of plant height (51.00 cm) and the yield of soft tubers (51.33 Mg ha-1), and traditional 100 % fertilizer treatment (NPK) recorded the highest rate of leaf area (50.23 dsm2 plant-1).

Spraying of the Nano and traditional zinc and boron recorded significant differences over the control treatment except a significant difference was between them in the marketing outcome, as the treatment of Nano spray recorded the highest rate of (44.85 Mg ha-1), while the treatment of Nano and traditional spray did not record any significant differences with the control treatment in height of Plants.

The treatment of Nano spraying recorded significant differences over traditional spraying and control in leaf area (48.74 dsm 2 plant-1).

The interaction treatments between the two Nano and traditional NPK addition treatments and the Nano and traditional zinc and boron spraying showed significant differences with the control treatment, in where the NPK addition treatment recorded the highest rate of plant height (52.33 cm).

The addition treatment of 100% traditional NPK and spraying Nano zinc and boron were higher at rate of (52.99 dsm2 plant-1) for the leaf area, and the fertilizer addition treatment was recorded at 5% .

of Nano Zinc and boron fertilizers were sprayed and the highest rate of yield of soft tubers was (53.74 Mg ha-1).
