This article has dealt with contemporary criminal policy trends in money laundering crimes, as the crime of money laundering is a dangerous phenomenon threatening the general economy of every country, and accordingly legislators in various countries work to put an end to this type of crime within a modern criminal policy based on an effective anti-mechanism.

This mechanism includes a set of methods that must be taken into account to limit the spread of this crime, and the researcher came up with a set of results, the most important of which is that the executive framework, especially members of the Public Prosecution in Palestine, still needs further strengthening, training and development in the field of awareness and training among those concerned in particular in combating money laundry.

Therefore, the researcher recommends the necessity of working to train and qualify members of the Palestinian Public Prosecution Office to deal with this crime especially that this crime involves complex technical details that require knowledge and experience to deal with.
