معوقات العمل التطوعي في الجمعيات و المؤسسات الأهلية اليمنية : دراسة ميدانية بمدينة تعز

This study aimed to identify the obstacles facing participation in voluntary work and its practice in civic associations and institutions in the Yemeni society, which negatively affect the performance of their role in society.

The study used the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire applied to a sample of (150) volunteers and workers in (10) civic associations and institutions in the city of Taiz.

The general results of the study revealed that the obstacles related to society came first, followed by those related to volunteers and civic associations and institutions respectively.

As for the obstacles related to the participation in voluntary work and its practice, it was found that many of these obstacles were mainly related to the society and the volunteer and to the civic associations and institutions as well.
