This study aims to identify the types of administrative corruption related to state departments to deal with it and provide solutions, as administrative corruption is a widespread global phenomenon, and one of the societal phenomena that can be monitored in all societies, regardless of their geographical location or the historical era in which they live, as well as whatever the degree of their social development Or economic or cultural, and whether in the public sector or the private sector for personal gain for him or for a member of his family or for a specific entity works for him.

The study reviewed many concepts, including the public order and the public interest, the causes and the increase in administrative corruption and its relationship with society and its impact on the public interest.

The study concluded with the responsibility of the employees from the youngest to the highest employee, and accordingly an effective dialogue method is adopted between the employees, and in return for focusing on establishing deterrent legal penalties and punishing administrative delinquents so that they are a lesson to others and a deterrent to the corrupt.
