The research was intended to identify: 1- The level Quality of life for primary school teachers.2- The level of holistic thinking among primary school teachers.3- The significance of the differences between correlation coefficients between the level of quality of life and the level of holistic thinking according to two variables (specialization - gender).4- The relationship between the concept of quality of life and the concept of holistic thinking A sample of primary school teachers affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Rusafa third for scientific and humanitarian specializations was chosen during the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020 and they numbered 120 teachers and teachers were chosen in the random and class way and required the presence of two tools the first of which is to measure the quality of life where the scale is from ( 45) A two-way paragraph (positive and negative) with five alternatives, which are (very much, much, medium, slightly, do not apply to me), and the other is a comprehensive thinking measure consisting of (29) paragraphs with five graded alternatives which are (they apply to me always, apply to often, Sometimes, it applies to Rarely, does not apply to never), as it has been confirmed the validity and reliability tools have resulted in the search results as follows: That teachers (male and female) enjoy a high level of quality of life and holistic thinking There are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life and comprehensive thinking according to two variables (gender - specialization).

There is a positive correlation between the quality of life and holistic thinking, and in light of the research results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions.
