The current study is to identify the role of knowledge management in improving the quality of academic performance at Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University; From the point of view of the faculty members, and a statement of the relationship of this role with the variables of the study.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve these goals; The researcher used the appropriate tool for data collection, which is the questionnaire.

The study population consisted of all faculty members in the different faculties of Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University.

The number of faculty members reached (3767) members.

As for the actual study sample, it numbered (360) members, and the stratified random sampling method from the different faculties of the university was the appropriate method for selection.

Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University from the point of view of the faculty members, where the dimension of knowledge distribution came in the first place, followed by the dimension of application of knowledge, then after knowledge generation, while the dimension of storing knowledge came in the last rank, as it appears from the results that all dimensions came with a degree of Medium approval.
