The research is based on the study andinvestigation of one of the linguistic booksconcerned with grammar marked with (theconversion of mankind in speech on thetwo signs and the name of the gender) ofone of the late scholars, Sheikh Muhammadbin Muhammad al-Sunbawi, nicknamedthe Great Prince (D.

1232 AH), which isconsidered one of the flags of Maliki jurisprudencein Egypt.

As he talked about the science of thesituation, and how to put the words in frontof their intended meanings, that is, choosingthe appropriate word to achieve the intendedsignificance of the wording of thetext.

The nature of the study required thatit be divided into two parts: the first is thestudy and the second is the investigation.

Idivided the study into three parts: First Section: The study includes: First: the author.

Second: the book.

Third: Introducing the science of status.

Fourth: My work in this book.

The second section: Verifying the text ofthe book.
