The importance of this research lies in the fact that it deals with a recent economic issue, which is only possible through a process of balancing and weighing in light of Shari’a rules and purposes.

The study included an introduction and three sections, and the most important result is the suggestion that it is forbidden to deal with these currencies as they are now because their harms outdo their benefits.

According to the criteria stated in this research, and bearing in mind the warning that this result is bidding to reality in the meantime, the implementation of the current endorsement is dependent on the initial intervention of the ruler with consideration of financial interest.

Among the recommendations is the interest of researchers in studying this issue, as it still opens wide research horizons, in addition to the need to exchange information and experiences between all institutions to take the necessary legal steps and ensure that the research is dealt with in compliance with Shari’a purposes and rulings in relation to financial transactions.
