The study will accordingly be concerned with explaining the framework of liability in case of damage to others, whether in the air or on the surface of the ground.

It will indicate whether responsibility falls on the RTA, in its capacity as the authority of the public authority, or on the American (JDA) company, as the flying taxi operator and responsible for the pilot operating the taxi and leading the trip, based on the liability of the follower for the business of his subordinates.

And if it becomes clear that the underlying cause of the occurrence of damage to others is a defect in the structure of the flying taxi, resulting from a manufacturing problem, we will see whether the manufacturer can be held responsible for these consequential damages, given its obligation to guarantee the safety of the flying taxi.
