The purpose of this research is to identify the concept of Euthanasia and elucidate it, with a view to explaining the comparative legislative trends and their position on compassionate killing, as this issue has sturdily been raised in the United States, France and other Western countries.

Many people write their bequests, especially in the case of death, demanding that they not be exposed near the end of life to the problems or difficulties of prolonging their age by artificial means.

The future of the issue of euthanasia within the scope of the federal penal code must be viewed with caution.

Arbitrariness is quite probable if it stipulates a person’s right to death while the inability to limit the cases in which it is possible to intervene to end life is certain.

The expansion of comparative legislation that accepts the decriminalization of euthanasia undoubtedly leads to the loss of the right to life, and it creates an appropriate environment for incitement to death or suicide.
