Administrative contracts are currently among the most important legal means of administrative activity and the state’s modern economic, financial, technological, developmental and environmental interventions.

They have particularly gained importance after the various functions of the modern state and its role as a state interfered in all areas of economic, social, cultural, urban, environmental, developmental and other life.

Modern states are striving to achieve the welfare and happiness of their citizens by carrying out new functions and tasks in important areas, especially in economic and sustainable development.

This research is to show the cases of termination of the administrative contract.

This research addresses the problem of the ability of the administration to dissolve the administrative contract with its sole will and the role of the contractor with the administration in this case.

The importance of this research is that it shows cases of abrogation of the administrative seat and the role of management in this case.

The study has ended with a set of results and recommendations.

The most important of these is the need for the UAE legislator to issue an administrative law similar to that of the Egyptian and French administrative laws and to establish an administrative court to deal with the disputes of administrative contracts in the United Arab Emirates.
