Corruption is a global phenomenon which has touched all the various systems and orientations of states ,it has stricken all the state organs ,and it is developed with the development of modern technological means, so it has an effect on the comprehensive development of states.

Algeria is a among the states which it has suffered and is still suffering from the outbreaks of this phenomenon, so it has deployed its international and national efforts to face it and to prevent its international and national efforts to face it and to prevent its self from it ,it has elaborated a legal and organizational arsenal and it has begun to put comprehensive national strategy in order to move from the partial approach to the holistic approach, especially in light of the constitutional amendment 2020 which has reinforced the ways of combating corruption through spreading moral values in the public life and its link with combating corruption.
