The scope of our research on the subject of the transgender legal status is not concerned with delving into jurisprudential and legal disputes regarding this issue, and also we are not concerned with researching this type of practices from a medical point of view, so we do not address how this type of operations and the physical and psychological effects that they leave, we are concerned with the legal effects.

The implications of it, i.e.

what follows it in terms of terms and conditions, as it is selfevident that this issue is extremely important and leaves legal effects in various branches of law.

The purpose of our research is to know these effects and answer the following questions- : 1- What is the effect of changing sex on existing marital relationships? 2- In the event that a marriage contract is concluded, is the gender that the person who has converted or who has converted to be considered? 3- In the event that a sex transfer operation is performed during the establishment of the marital bond, does the other spouse have the right to request separation due to harm? 4- What is the effect of the gender transition process on lineage and stewardship? 5- When dividing the inheritance, is the gender the converting or the converting into account taken into account 6- We find in the Labor Law that some texts differentiate between men and women in terms of rights and duties.
