Narratives are spacious field full of many literary and critical issues that await the pioneers of literature and criticism to research and study them.

The art of the novel is one of the most prominent literary arts in which narration is represented as a field of literary creativity, as its field is wide and varied, including the multiple narrative elements it contains.

The researcher has highlighted in the axes of this thesis the relationship of narration with anthropology, and the position of (Granada) in contemporary narrative narration, then reviewed the types of the fictional character in the novel (Granada Knows Me Not), then talked about narrative vision and self-narration using the " person speaking", and then I stopped at the narration between imagination and history, and the importance of double reading for the listener.

This thesis has depicted the dialectical relationship between fiction and history, the effect of the diversity of narrative visions on literary work, the technique of self-narration, and the aesthetics of reception for the reader.
